DIRECTING
My passion for directing came about in early 2021, after writing and directing the proof of concept short REMINISCENT. Although only a five minute short, set within the universe in which the pitched film would take place, being able to work with a competent crew and actor to explore the character and their portrayal was an eye-opening experience as to the possibilities of the creative craft. And so, It encouraged me to pursue the role. I have since further developed my interest in the creative process behind works of film and cinema, and have taken every opportunity to explore the role in it's fullest. It is my intention to try directing in as many formats as possible, from an experimental set, to feature films, from documentaries to music videos.
It is my hope for the future to develop my own personal projects across the board, and to explore various themes and ideas though these works. Documentary, comedy, drama, thriller, love, loss, triumph, morality, and other emotive aspects and the almost limitless ways in which they can all be portrayed are all something I plan to explore.

For me, to be involved in a work from its inception to its completion, to have a creative input in all its aspects, utilising the expertise of colleagues, incorporating a cooperative work effort of thoughts and ideas throughout the lens of my creative vision is a truly fulfilling experience.
WRITING
Since a young age creative writing has been a hobby I used to enjoy as either a pastime or sometimes a form of escapism. Since then, I have explored the subject by writing adventure stories for table-top games, shorts for film, adaptations, and much more. Exploring character concepts to create motivated and believable individuals with their own convictions and sense of morality, as well as wider plot-points. Transposing these skills into other works, it has helped me greatly when it comes to worldbuilding, and story writing in general, such as creating a central tension which a plot will revolve around.
As well as writing for film I have also dabbled in writing for podcasts and the like, employing the fast and loose dynamics that it entails.
DJ
While more of a recreational hobby, I have quite an active interest in music, and have previously played at small parties and venues. While I enjoy listening to all genres of music, from classical scores and grand orchestral pieces to heavy rock and synthwave.
When it comes to DJing music, my speciality mostly covers what you would find at live events and clubs; House, Dance, Trance, Indie, Electronica, Cheese etc. and the occasional bit of funk (Disco never died!)
PILOT
Since I was a child I have had a passion for aviation. Starting out in the air cadets, I managed to attend several events which got me into close contact with the aviation world, and was lucky enough to be selected for a handful of flying scholarships. As well as talking my way onto other events or flights with RAF personnel or enthusiasts. I later went on to earn my private pilots license (PPL(A)) from Wycombe Air Park.
